Deposit Policy
- USD 20 per stay. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
- Key and Remote usage deposit: USD 10 will be collected from the guest during check-in and given back if the guest hands over the remote and key safe to the Front Desk during check-out.
Children & Beds
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Kids stay free! Children stay free when using existing bedding.
No-Show Policy
- 100% of first night will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- Guest can cancel reservation for free with more than 24 hours prior notice. If guest cancel within 24 hours of their check-in day, they will be charged for one night stay no matter the number of stay days.
