This is an update to my previous review regarding the inability to check in to the Sky Palace in Anthony, Kansas after having booked a room for a single night and not having canceled the reservations I made using a credit card. Since that review, I have disputed the charge through my credit card issuer, only to be told after a few weeks of "investigation" that I needed to contact the motel directly regarding the disputed charge. Have called the front desk for this motel, and was told that I needed to contact Jasper Rooms (the booking service partner for this motel). Unfortunately, it seems as though their call center is overwhelmed with calls so that you have little chance of ever speaking to anyone regarding ANYTHING! Seems as though both the motel and the booking service phones only have part-time staffing and poor support. I will never again use Jasper Rooms to book reservations for anything as their motel chains seem to partner with them in order to charge customers for service never received, despite the fact they never canceled their reservations. Stay away from both Jasper Rooms booking service and their associated hotels! You will get charged for services that are never rendered.

Do not bother booking this place for reservations. The only person around is the maid and she appears to be too busy cleaning rooms. There is a sign on the locked door of the reception desk office that has a phone number for you to call for help or info, but no one answers at this number nor do they bother returning your call. Cancellation is not possible on the site as it is not an option anymore. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges if any are made against my credit card. Also, calling Jasper is not an option either as no one answers their number, either. This will be the last time I book with this service. Thanks for nothing, folks!
